Ruby Moon Fourth of July

For Ruby Moon’s Fourth of July hat collection, we set out to capture the charm of an East Coast summer — flag-lined porches, ice cream cones, and sun-soaked coastal streets. The twist? We shot it all on the West Coast in Coronado, California.

I’ve been photographing for Ruby Moon for over a year, and this patriotic-inspired shoot was once of my favorite shoot concepts yet. The goal was to capture that nostalgic, all-American feeling — the kind that reminds you of beach days, bike rides, and firework nights.

Even with SoCal as our backdrop, the East Coast charm came through beautifully. This collection feels like summer — timeless, playful, and proudly made for the red, white, and blue.
